REIKI

Reiki the energy of love, harmony, light and power, works on all living beings, humans, animals, plants, and heals on all levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. The Healing Energy comes from the Universe. Reiki is the art of a hands-on healing, where the practitioner channels the energy from the Universe. The energy moves through the practitioner’s hands to the client.

Reiki is not religious, it is an energy that is Universal. Reiki has been taught both in the Western and The Japanese-tradition in a secular way. This is one of the things I love the most about Reiki, it is just pure energy!What makes Reiki unique as opposed to other healing modalities is that the energy is from the Universe and not the practitioner. I as a practitioner am tapping directly into Universal Life-Force energy and not my own physical energy. And whenever a practitioner is doing a Reiki Treatment they too are receiving healing.

You lie on a massage table, fully clothed. I place my hands on your body in different positions starting from your head and working my way down to your toes. The Reiki Energy will flow to the places in the body that it is most needed. Some people feel the energy immediately, as heat, cold, or tingling. Others take a while longer and a few more sessions to tune into and be able to feel the energy. Even if you do not feel the Reiki Energy physically, the energy is still healing, and you will feel the effects.

Distance Reiki Healing sessions are sessions where Reiki Healing Energy is sent across space and time. The practitioner can be in one country and the person receiving the energy can be in another across the world. This can be a very effective healing form as people are often more relaxed in their own home, which works well with the Reiki Energy. After the Healing Session we have a phone call to share feedback.

The combination of Reiki with mentoring is unique and can help uncover energetic and subconsious blocks that can enable healing at a much deeper level.
